公司简介：

北京冶乐咨询有限公司（ELA Bridge Associates）是一家小型咨询公司，提供快消品营销/新零售O+O（线上+线下）/零售渠道管理方面的咨询与培训。我们协作的客户包括百事、联合利华、欧莱雅、中粮、金佰利（好奇/高洁丝）、益海嘉里（金龙鱼）、通用磨坊（哈根达斯）、伊利乳业、健合集团（合生元）、维达纸业等。基于在快速消费品与零售方面的专长，我们也为投资机构提供零售/快消方面的投资/并购咨询。
公司合伙人毕业于美国宾州大学沃顿商学院（U. Penn., Wharton School），在快消/零售行业有二十余年的丰富经验。其他核心成员也来自快消/零售行业全球500强企业，小团队，但有丰富的快消/零售经验。

招聘职位：
实习生Intern（不短于4个月，每周4个工作日或以上；由于实际工作需要，我们对实习同学有时间跨度上的要求，如果无法承诺能实习4个月或以上的，请勿投递简历以节约彼此的时间）
特别说明：疫情期间可在线办公；疫情结束后可线下办公。

工作职责：
培训内容及案例调研与整理（根据当时的实际项目而定，如“新零售环境下的O2O营销创新”“数字化客户体验管理”等）
咨询项目的数据调研与整理（根据当时的实际项目而定）
零售快消行业动态的追踪与月刊制作
其他相关工作支持

职位要求：
本科及以上学历，无专业限制– 理工背景但对快消/零售/新零售有兴趣的也欢迎
有快消/零售/新零售行业（线上&线下）相关实习经验者优先，但非必要
因实际工作需要，我们要求相当高的英文沟通水平（口头、书面）

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above – no specificmajor required
Internship experience in FMCG/retailindustry or related fields is a plus
Interest and commitment to work inTraining/Education field
Excellent communication skills in Englishand Mandarin (both oral and written)
